I think one of the biggest benefits of being a member of the WASGC is the incredible pool of knowledge that I can tap into. I get great information about what works and what doesn’t work from different companies. Learning from other’s successes and failures is really helpful. I also appreciate the insight on contract language and benefit payments.
Herzog’s membership in the WASGC has been a real advantage. I am particularly happy about the strong, unified negotiations. Working as a group helps give us leverage with the union. In addition, the help with labor relations, contract administration, and education has improved our operations and project results. The WASGC has been a great resource for Herzog Glass.
